This portfile attempts to download the software from the upstream server as "sitescooper.tar.gz" without a version number. This will break as soon as a new version of sitescooper is released upstream. Can you please work with the upstream developer to have them provide a versioned download URL, and then update the attached portfile, or if the developer refuses to do this, then write back and tell us.

looks like a very bad idea.

• why not use /usr/bin/perl
• the port doesn't declare dependency on perl5.8

the destroot phase should be altered, too - that's what destroot.args, etc are there for - no need to rewrite destrooting in this case.

It doesn't work with /usr/bin/perl because it depends on perl modules that are installed in /opt/local.

I didn't realise that I could use destroot.args - sorry.

Anyway I haven't been able to get a new tarball created so may as well forget about this package.
