Description
I updated the libxml2 port from 2.6.23 to 2.6.26. Actually, it was just a matter of recomputing the checksum. I also added myself as a maintainer.

Version 2.6.27 was actually out but not on all mirrors

I tried to reach the current maintainer by email but my mail bounced after 5 days. Therefore I applied Cedric's patch to update to 2.6.27 in r21390.
