Install of lighttpd 1.4.13 cannot find file patch-doc-lighttpd.conf

Installing/Upgrading to lighttpd 1.4.13 attempts to download a referenced patchfile from opendarwin.org and fails:

macports is at the most recent version:

macbook:~ fgilcher$ sudo port selfupdate

DarwinPorts base version 1.320 installed

The MacPorts installation is not outdated and so was not updated
selfupdate done!

The file is referenced in ticket #10993. As it is supposed to be a patch for the default config file I removed the reference from the portfile manually which did get me over the install.

Maybe this is all my fault and I need to change some config file but I don't seem to be able to find the one that specifies the patchfile download server.
