NEW: Wine 0.9.37 Portfile

Attached is a Portfile for Wine 0.9.35. It compiles and appears to work correctly on my 10.4.9 Intel box, but as it is my first port file it could do with a second opinion.

I've noticed there's a Portfile for an older version (0.9.29) #11286, however this appears to have an unexpected dependency on libgphoto.

Well blow me down. I can run Windows apps on an Intel Mac without installing Windows. I'm impressed.

I have committed a Wine port in r25470. I've looked at both the portfile submitted here and the one from #11286 and have tried to take the best of both versions, add missing dependencies, change old syntax to new, remove unnecessary directives. And it seems to work, somewhat. Some font issues remain.

In 5d9951401de6c592d82bf224635128029680a558/macports-ports (master):

wine-devel: Remove wrapper script

This removes the wrapper script I added shortly after adding the wine
port 12 years ago, apparently to fix font problems.

See: #11779#comment:2

Wine 4 now uses the preloader on macOS, which is incompatible with the
wrapper script. The simplest fix is to remove the wrapper.

I don't remember what the font problems were, and initial user reports
are that fonts look fine in wine 4 without the wrapper.
