pdflib 7.0.0p3 doesn't build

Description
The first error seems to be that /usr/bin/gcc is unable to handle libs/tiff/tiffiop.h. gcc powerpc-apple-darwin8-gcc-4.0.1 (GCC) 4.0.1 (Apple Computer, Inc. build 5367)
After that several errors occur, but I guess make is being forced to continue despite the error for some reason, and those are caused by this one.
This prevents me from installing gnuplot.

I confirm that the 4/18/07 12:46:00 patch works properly on my system (10.4.9 PPC, MacPorts 1.420) and fixes the problem.

Just to confirm that the update to 7.0.1_0 builds for me (the OP).
Meta-tracker aside: The "leave as closed" option is a great idea, kudos to whoever came up with that!

I upgraded the Portfile to use the current version 7.0.1 and modified the patch for mkcommon.inc.in to solve the described problem.
