Description
I tried command "port install arts", but failed.
Current version of arts is 1.1.2 in MacPorts 1.4. But, arts-1.1.2 is missing in ftp.kde.org.

arts-1.1.2.tar.bz2 was no longer on the main server. I found a place where it could still be downloaded, and updated the master_sites in the portfile in r26600.
If it is desired to update arts to the current version, a new ticket should be created.
