Commons Validator 1.3.1 leaves version in JAR file name, breks dependencies

Description
Commons-validator installs a jar file at /opt/local/share/java/commons-validator-1.3.1.jar. struts (1.2.7) looks for /opt/local/share/java/commons-validator.jar. I solved this pretty easily by making a symlink from one to the other. I haven't tried any other ports that depend on validator, so this may in fact be a problem with struts?

Fixed in r24703. Sorry about that. I actually found and fixed this problem just after I committed it the first time, but forgot to check in the revision.
