Can not log in at http://trac.macports.org/

At ​http://trac.macports.org/ if I follow the link to Login, I can enter my user name and password, but the system fails to recognise me as logged in.

At ​http://www.macosforge.org/ I can log in and progress to pages such as ​https://www.macosforge.org/wp-admin/profile.php ...

... but if I progress from there to (say) ​http://trac.macports.org/projects/macports/ticket/12226 then the system no longer recognises me as logged in. If I follow the invitation to log in the system does not log me in.

At ​https://svn.macosforge.org/ my credentials were recognised and finally I could create this new ticket.

At ​https://svn.macosforge.org/projects/macports/ticket/11376 someone comments "Trac forgets my login when following most links", this is reminiscent.

What about ​http://trac.macosforge.org? I just logged in at that address and it worked fine.

I'm currently having similar issues. I get logged out every few clicks. Also, I apparently don't have sufficient privileges to edit my own profile, though that may be just another symptom of being logged out.

I've had issues all day today. Now I just realized that the "nickname" field in the registration is NOT my username and doesn't seem to be used for anything. I was able to log in using my email address.

I'm not presented with an option to close the ticket, I guess that's normal.

From my POV, I'm happy for the ticket to be closed, thanks.

Whether the other contributors' issues are resolved, I can't say.
