Ghostscript now switched to GPL version

Description

According to ​this, Ghostscript had been developed under GPL instead of AFPL license, so:

In changeset [28026], we changed the default portfile to GPL version, and [28027] removed the gplghostscript, which was actually an AFPL Ghostscript portfile.
