Description
Changes:
- Updated to 1.22.
- Fixed homepage.
- Now uses the
perl_cpanmirror. - Added sha1 and rmd160 checksums.
- Fixed livecheck.

I've just added a new diff which use perl5.cpandir (the third argument of perl5.setup)instead of setting ${master_sites}

Anthony, if you wish you may go ahead and commit this. I like the changes. If you do, could you obscure my email address and add openmaintainer? If not, I'll commit your patch and those changes later.

I forgot to say I've also added a better long_description and added -append to the dependencies to kept the one pulled in by the perl5 portgroup.
