Description
Request for a 2.1.2 to 2.1.3 bump.
2.1.3 is a bug fix release. It now supports mac better and finds the right terminfo database when used by other programs, such as midnight-commander.
Please see the attached Portfile.

I did not impose dependency of ncurses(w) on slang2, if midnight-commander is compiled against it. For the arrow keys and fn keys to work out of box in a utf8 mc, you will need a recent terminfo database.

Commited in r30672. Please attach a diff file against the latest trunk next time.
And try to always bzip2 tarball, they are smaller.
