Description
1) Upgraded R to 2.6.1.
2) Use port:tcl and port:tk rather than OS X's tcl/tk because it seems to work more reliably (as in it works).
3) Use LAPACK and BLAS from vecLib (Accelerate) rather than the reference implementation in the R source.
