Added g95 variant. Creates sym link openmpif90.

With prefix open, compilers do not work. openmpicc, for example, tries to find /opt/local/share/openmpi/openmpicc-wrapper-data.txt. Added mpiexec, mpicxx mpic++ and mpif77.

Kept open prefix and created symbolic links to mpi*-wrapper-data.txt. Conflicts with mpich2 is not solved.
