file is still on site, at http://www.bitchx.com/ircii-pana-1.1-final.tar.gz
has identical md5 to the file fetched in the port: MD5sum: 611d2dda222f00c10140236f4c331572
edited the master_site to reflect new location, fetched successfully but failed during compile with:

No response from the maintainer in a month, and the port is unusable, so I'll go ahead and fix it.

Updated master_sites in r34856. The homepage says to download from sourceforge not bitchx.com.

Applied the cflags change in r34857.
includes were moved to CPPFLAGS, but makefile doesn't seem to respect that
