Description
This adds some new variants for qmail and vpopmail, and, also updates the port to the current released stable version 3.8.0. Improves retention of doc as well. Port had no maintainer.

Thanks for the update and for becoming the maintainer! I committed it in r33381.
The dspam portfile used to have no tabs, but your new portfile mixes tabs and spaces. I changed it before committing to have only spaces again (tabs expanded at 8 spaces).
I hyphenated "open-source" in the descriptions and fixed another typo leftover from before ("quaranteen" => "quarantine").
