Description
The attached diff updates the VIM port to have an "aqua" variant in order to build the aqua version of vim and set it up for drag-n-drop usage as well as terminal usage all from the same installed application.
In addition, it bumps the revision to the latest available patch list and properly downloads the full vim sources to make both aqua and non-aqua versions build fully.
Jim, Please review and commit as necessary. If you need me to go ahead and commit it, I can also do that.
