aqua/Growl does not install any of the language bindings or 'Extras'

Description
The Growl source tarball includes an assortment of language bindings for communicating with the service, as well as Extras including the command-line utils 'growlnotify' and 'growlctl', all of which it would be handy to have MacPorts manage/keep track of (either as variants or standalone ports).
Personally I'd prefer standalone since the Growl source code releases tend to lag the binary dmg releases for the main PrefPane greatly, so usually I need to install the PrefPane outside of MacPorts...
I may take a stab at this, assigning to boeyms tentatively since he fixed aqua/Growl most recently...

I'll see what can be done about them, but this post seems to suggest that they're no longer actively maintained, and I'd be loathe to put a port in if that is indeed the case.

growlnotify still works, and is handy for popping up notifications from shell scripts... The base API is fairly stable, so even if new development/update stops for the tools they may continue working for quite a while. But again, lowest priority...

With the 1.1.4 release the Growl devs split the bindings off to a new API dmg, see http://growl.info/downloads_developers.php
Not sure if adding the bindings to the main aqua/Growl port or creating a new Growl-bindings port or creating many lang-growl ports is the best route to go...
CCing in macsforever2000 since he did the 1.1.4 update to the main port.
