When trying to install the libgtkglarea2 package on a fresh leopard install (+XCode/X11SDK), the configure script dies with: [...] 

checking OpenGL... no
checking Mesa... no
checking Mesa with pthreads... no
configure: error: You need GL or MesaGL libraries
