Description
building modern libgeotiff requires beta version of libtiff, this adds a variant for it.

Perhaps the right answer is just to pick up support for libtiff 3.6.1, but I don't know if you'd want a variant or just to update. The specifics: version 3.6.1 checksums md5 b3f0ee7617593c2703755672fb1bfed3

Since 3.6.1 is a release version, I will update the port to 3.6.1 so that will eliminate the need for the 3.6.0 beta.
