#1545 closed defect (fixed)

"unable to execute port"?

Description

This morning, I updated my darwinports using "cvs update".

After that, I reconfigured, built and installed the updated version. See <http://www.phil.uu.nl/~js/blog/2004/02/17#darwinports> for how I setup up DP. I updated my ports.conf, and it does have an "x11prefix" definition.

Now at least some ports won't be installed:

$ port install mutt Unable to execute port: can't read "x11prefix": no such variable $ port install subversion Unable to execute port: can't read "x11prefix": no such variable

Debug- or verbose flags don't reveal anything interesting.

Shantonu backed out the changes causing this:

An update of your cvs and doing a new configure/make/sudo make install of DarwinPorts should get things working again.
