wxWidgets: disable parallel build

Description

If I add "use_parallel_build yes" to the wxWidgets portfile it doesn't build anymore. So I suggest adding "use_parallel_build no" to the portfile to make it clear that this will not work. You should also inform the developers of wxWidgets of the problem so they can correct it.

Well, the port contains 'use_parallel_build no' at the moment (I think I didn't add it, but I'll close this ticket anyway, that being the purpose of this one)

Has duplicate #19380. jameskyle fixed it in r52309.
