jed 0.99-18: should use slang2

Description

The port of jed 0.99-18 is currently depends on slang 1 which does not support utf-8. By building jed 0.99-18 against slang2, utf-8 support can be fixed.

Committed in r39538 with a slight modification:

  • ${prefix} should be used instead of hardcoding /opt/local.

For the next time, unified diffs are the preferred way to submit port updates (diff -u). They are easier to review.
