Description
vtk5 current version in ports is 5.0.3. The attached diff updates the vtk5 from version 5.0.3 to version 5.2.0. This is the latest stable release. The patch patch-Rendering-vtkCocoaRenderWindow.mm transforming long into GLint is not necessary anymore and should be deleted. readline is now listed as a dependency as some parts of vtk5 links with -lhistory.

I jumped the gun a bit and updated the port to 5.2.0 in r40154 without allowing 72 hours for the port maintainer to comment on this. My apologies; if we need to undo this for some reason, Rene, please let me know.

The distfile wouldn't download because the download location referenced the 5.0 directory. I'm updating it to compute the download location from the ${version}.
