master_sites updated in r41343.
ftp.gnutls.org appears to be unavailable at the moment; ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/gnutls/ appears up and has the files. Until the Portfile is updated for this, you can look at the fetch failures section of the problem hot list on how to deal with it right now.
