Have changed previous portfile seems to work 

$ sudo port  install py25-libpcap
--->  Fetching py25-libpcap
--->  Verifying checksum(s) for py25-libpcap
--->  Extracting py25-libpcap
--->  Configuring py25-libpcap
--->  Building py25-libpcap with target build
--->  Staging py25-libpcap into destroot
--->  Installing py25-libpcap 0.6.2_0
--->  Activating py25-libpcap 0.6.2_0
--->  Cleaning py25-libpcap

awaiting fix to py-libdnet to be able to test aim is to make a scapy2 port see scapy port
