Description
Patch for texinfo 4.13a attached. Also moved from lzma decompression to standard tar.gz decompression.

I've updated the Portfile to use use_lzma. Concerning 4.13a, this is the same version (the contents of the archives are the same), and this is in fact really 4.13 (not 4.13a) that is declared in both archives. Using 4.13a will add confusion and an unnecessary rebuild.

Using lzma was a considered decision, so I doubt it will be changed. Now that MP 1.7 is out, use_lzma is available.
