Description
Since nip2 depends on p5-xml-parser, it does not need to
depend on perl5.8.
This also helps to fix #16830.

Since nip2 depends on p5-xml-parser, it does not need to

Sounds good, but I'd rather see nip2 updated to the current version, see #16509. The new portfile removes the dependency on perl completely.
