Update mercurial port to use python26

Description
Python 2.5 don't have X-MAC-JAPANESE encoding and hg do not quite work and just gives me the following.
abort: unknown encoding: X-MAC-JAPANESE, please check your locale settings
This problem is fixed in Python 2.6. So please change mercurial to use Python 2.6 so it should just works.
