imap-uw variants fail to build

Description

I tried to build imap-uw +subdir +ssl_plain. (The first is absolutely necessary and should be the default; the second is needed for use with PGP Desktop.) This requires applying two patches, one to a source file and one to the Makefile. Both patches are invalid and fail to apply. Corrected patches are attached.
