Description
Upgrades asciidoc to version 8.5.1. Necessary if you want to use the new :leveloffset: attribute for combined documents.
Note that I'm not yet using the docbook backend and thus haven't tested it.

I've got a slightly different patch; I updated it's dependency on fop and upgraded to the latest docbook-xml-4.5 since it is the latest in the series (5.0 is not necessarily compatible).
Funny that we both did this so closely in time!
