Description

This patch makes numerous changes to nfdump:

  • update to 1.5.8; this fixes the mtree violation by the manpages
  • add license info to portfile, and install the license file in the doc dir
  • don't install the INSTALL file since by the time the user is reading it, the software is already installed
  • install doc files with permissions that allow normal users to read them
  • fix livecheck
  • remove the Makefile.in patch -- the software built fine for me without it on Snow Leopard, but did not build with it because without it LIBS doesn't contains -lresolv which is required to build

Ryan, I'm tied up for awhile so if you want to commit this go ahead. You could also add 'openmaintainer' so next time it will be easier. Thanks.
