adodb livecheck incorrect

Description

I noticed port livecheck adodb was showing an older version as being newer.

I tried to fix this but it's still showing 5.09a as being older then 5.09.

I'm not so familiar with downloading from sourceforge so maybe someone else can finish this.

Summary: update attempt → adodb livecheck incorrect

Don't set the milestone field. It makes no sense for a ports ticket to be targeted at a base release. Also please use diff -u to generate patches.
