rdesktop update to 1.3.1, and provide cvs (devel) variant

rdesktop 1.3.1 not 1.3.0 is current

also, the CVS version will export filesystems to the server, and 1.3.x will not, so the portfile includes a devel variant, and a patchfile to get it to build, which i will submit to rdesktop.

since the maintainer hasnt complained - i'll commit this

  • we dont use revision 0, it is set to zero if not defined.
  • the patch wasnt needed... cvs checkout is dangerous :)
