Please remember to preview and use WikiFormatting, to cc the maintainer, and to fill in the Port field. For output this size it's actually better to use an attachment.

The error message seems pretty clear: "arb @5.1_0 already registered as installed. Please uninstall it first." It looks like you may be running a second port command at the same time that is also operating on arb, which is bound to cause problems.
