Port: dclib added
Version: 1.8.2

This port cannot be deactivated or uninstalled as it stands. There's virtually never a good reason to override the install or activate phases; files should be installed into ${destroot}${prefix} in the destroot phase and everything afterwards will be taken care of automatically.
