problem when installing ng-spice

Mac OS 10.6.2 and all software updates Mac Pro 1) I did a port selfupdate 2) I did a port upgrade outdated ---> Updating the ports tree ---> Updating MacPorts base sources using rsync MacPorts base version 1.8.2 installed, MacPorts base version 1.8.2 downloaded. ---> MacPorts base is already the latest version 3) I reloaded all the Xcode components from the DVD options

When trying to install ng-spice, I get this:
