reinplace example should use ${worksrcpath}

The example here <​http://darwinports.opendarwin.org/docs/ch04s03.html> doesn't seem to work any more. Gives a "no such file or directory".

I understand this should be changed from

"${workdir}/${worksrcdir}/config.h"

to

"${worksrcpath}/config.h"
