ice-cpp and ice-python26 ports from my local repository. Heavily rewritten and simplified. Tested on SL.

I'm working on this, but starting with the 3.3.0 version in current use.

I've updated ice-cpp, ice-java, ice-python25 and ice-python26 to 3.4.0.
Regarding the patch for 10.4 support, at http://www.zeroc.com/forums/patches/4747-build-support-mac-10-4-ice-3-4b.html, it has an issue which I've posted about there, so I've left it out.
The ice-python package isn't compiling for me since my current Python 2.4 build isn't a framework build.
Please reopen if there's any issues or suggestions on ice-python or the 10.4 patch.
