nepomuk has the following notes:
  This doesn't appear to work yet and the launch command has 'carbon' in it.  Eeek!

Then why is it in the ports tree?

It's a work in progress, and by putting it in the tree more people can work on it than just myself.

I've marked the port as replaced_by as it is available in kdelibs4 when all the dependencies are included.
