Description
When attempting to install libsoup from a clean installation of MacPorts, its configure script does not find and use libproxy.
Either libproxy is not making itself easy to find, or libsoup is not looking in the correct location.
Please refer to the attached build log for verbose error output.

The cause of this error was in the way libproxy failed to use pkgconfig.
Fixed in r65093.
