Summary: new portfile for le text editor → le: new port

Thanks, I committed it in r67107 with these changes:

  • made you the maintainer as you requested on the mailing list
  • deleted the distname line because that was already the default
  • added a dependency on ncurses because I saw using "otool -L" that it was linking with libncurses
  • changed the master_sites to the http version because our distfiles mirror cannot mirror ftp servers, and added the "old" location so that when a new version is released the port won't immediately fail to fetch
