libdvdcss: build failure with latex

Description

libdvdcss fails to build on my Leopard PowerPC system, saying: 

cd latex && /usr/bin/make  ps
echo "Running latex..."
Running latex...
latex refman.tex
This is pdfTeX, Version 3.141592-1.40.3 (Web2C 7.5.6)
kpathsea: Running mktexfmt latex.fmt
tcfmgr: config file `tcfmgr.map' (usually in $TEXMFMAIN/texconfig) not found.
fmtutil: config file `fmtutil.cnf' not found.
I can't find the format file `latex.fmt'!
make[3]: *** [refman.dvi] Error 1
make[2]: *** [stamp-latex] Error 2
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2

Status: new → closed

Fixed in r67066 by not building the documentation, since it doesn't get installed anyway.
