Add new option --recreate to installed target

Description
The attached patch adds a new option "--recreate" to the installed target.
When this option is present, the output of "installed" is a series of "port install" commands sufficient to recreate, roughly, the set of ports installed on the machine. I say roughly because the ports installed will be at the current version, and inactive ports will not be installed.

It makes it much easier to reinstall your DP environent...

Could any of the base maintainers please comment on this patch? It's particularly useful if one needs to blow away and then reinstall their dp environment.
