Guide implies that bypassing destroot is possible/desirable

Description

Section 4.3.4 of the Guide says...

To eliminate a default phase .... "build {}"

In the attached Portfile destroot staging continues independent of completely overriding the entire phase.

Someone tell me how to turn off destroot staging.

You can't not have a destroot phase; this would make it impossible to uninstall the port.

While I feel this ticket belongs more in the "invalid" category, I updated the guide to reflect that destroot may not be eliminated: r68308 r68309.
