I have made a Portfile <http://www.gegeweb.org/tmp/Portfile> for Grisbi <http://www.grisbi.org>.

Some issues:
- No need for revision, as this is a new port.
- The maintainers entry should just be your email (and you should use UTF-8!).
- The master_sites.mirror_subdir line is redundant ($name is the default).
- The actual checksum appears to be c425ca6667fa3801b36962b149f83f0f
- The extract.suffix and extract.cmd lines are unnecessary.
Otherwise, looks good (I haven't tried actually building it, though).
