Description
The gdm port doesn't work on OpenDarwin, there are a bunch of issues with it. I've fixed the problems it complains about (missing users and directories) as well as added a StartupItem that runs it if "DISPLAYSERVER=-X11-" is added to /etc/hostconfig. (Incidentally, adding that would also disable Quartz on Mac OS X.)
I've marked it as being blocked by bug #2585 since I couldn't find a good way to set XDG_DATA_DIRS from within gdm.
Also, as it didn't work, I assume no-one else is using this port, and I wouldn't mind being the maintainer of it :)
