virtualenv bumped to 1.4.9 for Python 2.7. Probably worth checking the others.

When you add portfiles, I'll change this back to a submission. Also, you want py27-* not py-* which already exist.
Portfiles have been added but this is still a request. Anything missing to stop it becoming a submission?

Adding attachments does not send an email, so i didn't see this until now. I've changed it.

For the version bumps of the existing py26-virtualenv and py25-virtualenv ports, it is preferred that you attach universal diffs, not complete portfiles. Also, in the future, you should file a new ticket for those since we have overloaded the scope of this ticket.
When you add portfiles, I'll change this back to a submission. Also, you want py27-* not py-* which already exist.
