Owner: changed from macports-tickets@… to ryandesign@…
Port: py27-sip added
Status: newassigned

In the future, if you have copied an existing portfile to create your new portfile, please indicate what that parent portfile is. In this case, I believe you've based your py27-sip portfile on the py26-sip portfile, which is a fine choice.

Remember to fill in the Port field in this issue tracker, and note that "openmaintainer" by itself is not a valid maintainer; if you're not listing anything in addition to "openmaintainer", then you should instead list "nomaintainer". See the guide.

I've committed the new port in r70969, except that it's at version 4.10.5 now.

Thanks Ryan! I'll make sure to use nomaintainer and indicate what parent Portfile I used when submitting new ports.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
