Yes, it does. I think the patchfile handles that, but I have an open question on the list about how best to specify perl dependencies. I've converted the Portfile to an attachment.

I've committed the 0.15 version (after re-adding the name key so it truly is p5-gps); Salvatore, if you no longer want to be the maintainer for it, email me and I'll change it.
Does this depend on your submitted port of p5-device-serialport (bug 2617) or another port we need?
