For the sudo problem, the first thing you should do is run Disk Utility and repair disk permissions on your startup volume.

For kile-devel, you need to either remove the file it mentions or force the activation of dbus: 

sudo port -f activate dbus
sudo port install kile

Since Trac is for Macports bugs, it would be better to follow up on the ​Macport-Users mailing list if you still have problems.
